WorthOS Technologies Private Limited is a SEBI-registered Non-Individual Investment Adviser (Corporate). SEBI Registration Number: INA000022695, dated 02/06/2026. The Company provides fee-only investment advisory services through the Worth platform (mobile app and website).

2. Affiliations

The Company and its officers do not currently hold any material affiliations with brokers, fund houses, or other intermediaries that would create a conflict of interest in providing advisory services.

3. Compensation

The Investment Adviser earns only advisory fees from clients. No commissions, referral fees, or compensation are received from product manufacturers, distributors, brokers, or any other intermediary. This fee-only model eliminates conflicts of interest.

4. Client Accounts & Holdings

The Investment Adviser does not access, hold, manage, or control client funds, securities, or accounts. All investment decisions and executions are made by the client independently, through their own broker/depository accounts.

5. Conflict of Interest

Any potential or actual conflicts of interest will be disclosed to clients in writing before or at the time of providing advice. The fee-only model is designed to minimise conflicts.

6. Use of Artificial Intelligence

Worth uses AI tools to assist in analysis and to power features within the platform (including the Financial Health Score, spending insights, and the AI Finance Copilot). All advice is subject to risk-profiling and suitability assessment. AI-generated outputs are used as analytical aids and do not constitute independent investment advice without human review.

7. Risk Profiling

All advisory services are provided only after a documented risk-profiling and suitability assessment. Advice is tailored to the client's risk appetite, financial goals, time horizon, and overall financial situation.
